Get 50% Tax Relief Through EIIS Investment
Claim 50% Tax Relief
EIIS allows qualifying investors to claim income tax relief on their investment — up to 50% depending on the company's confirmed relief tier — with a minimum four-year holding period. This raise is asset-backed: your capital funds development rights, planning permissions, and grid connection offers secured against real, mapped parcels of land, giving investors a clear line of sight on where their capital sits at every stage.
100 MW Pipeline
Our goal for this initial raise is to build out a 100MW pipeline of grid-ready solar sites — land secured, planning granted, and grid connections offered — helping accelerate Ireland toward its Climate Action Plan target of 8GW of solar by 2030. Every megawatt we take from raw land to ready-to-build shortens the runway for the next developer, investor, or IPP to get it built and connected. This raise is the foundation for that pipeline.
Our Business Model
For each site, we agree terms directly with the site owner, securing development rights, then take the project through planning and the grid connection process — typically around two years of technical and regulatory work. Once a site carries planning permission and a grid connection offer, we sell it on to an investor or independent power producer who takes it into construction and operation. That structure concentrates your capital in the highest-value phase of a solar project's life — de-risking the site — rather than tying it up for the 20-plus years of a build-and-operate hold.
Market Demand
Demand for solar farms in Ireland is being driven by a genuine supply gap. The Climate Action Plan targets 8GW of installed solar by 2030, against roughly 2.3GW in the ground today — meaning the country needs to more than triple its solar capacity in under five years. That target sits alongside rising corporate demand for renewable power purchase agreements, continued government-backed routes to market through the RESS auctions, and a grid that's increasingly the binding constraint on where new capacity can actually connect. The result is a market where well-sited, planning-ready, grid-connected sites are in short supply relative to demand — and where developers who can consistently source and de-risk those sites hold real value.
